General Order Information

• We will only accept one coupon code per order.
• Anything purchased with a coupon code of 20% or more is final sale. If you use a coupon code of 20% or more on a purchase, you may not return, exchange. No exceptions. Any item purchased with that discount is final sale. All clearance, marked downs, discounted items are final sale.
• Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get it sorted out for you! See below for more on defective orders.

Return Policy
At PASH, our biggest goal is for you to feel good about your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email as a code. We cannot issue refunds.

• All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.

• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

• Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of or the original included.

• Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn. You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.

**If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.


• If the item is damaged during wear, we cannot replace the item. If you do not notice a damage until you remove the tags and/or wear it, we cannot replace the item.

• Include your original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.) Please note why the item is being returned.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

• If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay the return shipping charges to get the item back to you. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

• Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
• We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens, and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Packing & getting the orders out the door is something we strive to do quickly so that you have your items in your hands as soon as possible! Once the order is processed we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

• Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to sales@pashshop.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
• Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
• Include the first and last name on your PASH order, order #, and product code/name of the item. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
• Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at sales@pashshop.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so
